Biography
Tokugawa Tsuneko was a member of the Imperial Family of Japan, born in 1882 into one of Japan's most distinguished lineages. Her life reflected the traditions and responsibilities of the imperial household during the Meiji and Taishō periods.
As a member of the imperial family, Tsuneko carried forward the heritage and dignity of her position. She passed away in 1939 and was interred at Toshimagaoka Cemetery, a place of honor befitting her station and family legacy.
