Tomasz Ruśkiewicz (1867–1926) was a pioneering electrical engineer who played a role in modernizing Warsaw during the early 20th century. Ruśkiewicz's professional contributions reflected the growing importance of technical expertise in modern Poland. He was honored with burial at Powązki Cemetery, Warsaw's most prestigious burial ground, where many of Poland's distinguished citizens have been laid to rest.
