Biography
Václav Bělohradský, born in 1844, committed himself to the practice of medicine with calm assurance, ever mindful of the fragility of life. As a physician he listened carefully, seeking to heal both body and spirit.
Through tireless service to patients and a gentle presence in the community, Bělohradský earned trust that endured until his death in 1896. He is honored at Olšany Cemetery as one who brought solace to the sick and comfort to many.
