Václav Čech (1849–1940) was a Czech parson who devoted his life to religious ministry and pastoral care. He served his congregation through the late 19th century and the tumultuous early decades of the 20th century, witnessing the transformation of the Austro-Hungarian Empire into Czechoslovakia.
Čech is honored at the Protestant cemetery in Vysoká, where he was laid to rest following a life dedicated to spiritual leadership and community service.
