Biography
Václav Vodička (1877–1916) lived through one of the most transformative periods in Central European history. Born in the latter nineteenth century, he witnessed the rise of nationalist movements and the onset of World War I, which claimed his life in 1916.
He was laid to rest in Olšany Cemetery, Prague's historic burial ground, where his memory is preserved among those whose lives were shaped by the great events of their era.
