Vasily Markov

Biography

Vasily Markov was a resident of Moscow Oblast who lived through much of the twentieth century. Born in 1919, he witnessed and experienced the profound historical transformations that shaped Soviet and Russian society during his lifetime.

Markov's long life in Moscow Oblast spanned eight decades of change, from the early Soviet period through the post-Soviet era. He passed away in 1999, having lived through nearly a century of Russian history and contributed to his community and family.
