Vasily Vasilyevich Zverev was a Russian mechanical engineer who lived from 1866 to 1904, serving during a period of significant Russian expansion and military development in East Asia. His expertise in mechanical engineering contributed to the development of Port Lüshun, a strategically important location that became a focal point of Russian interests in the region.
