Biography
Veera Pino dedicated herself to the preservation of Estonian folklore, gathering songs, tales, and traditions that might otherwise have faded. Her careful documentation helped sustain a vibrant cultural memory for future generations.
As a folklorist she moved between communities with grace and curiosity, and her work continues to echo in the teachings treasured in archives near Pärnamäe Cemetery.
