Veronika Heiss

Biography

Veronika Heiss (1841–1927) was a Swedish woman of the Catholic faith who lived during the 19th and early 20th centuries. Her life reflected the experiences of Sweden's Catholic community during a period when Catholicism was a minority religion in predominantly Lutheran Sweden.

Heiss's long life spanned nearly nine decades of Swedish history. She was interred at the Catholic cemetery in the Northern Cemetery, a final resting place that reflects her religious identity and community affiliation within Sweden's Catholic population.
