Biography

Victor Cassas was born in 1773 and served as a syndic, a position of civic responsibility and authority in French municipal governance. He was active during the Revolutionary and Napoleonic periods, contributing to the administration of his community.

He died in 1821 and was laid to rest at Père Lachaise Cemetery in Paris, honored for his service to the public good and his standing in society.
