Biography

Viktor Boguslavsky (1894–1939) was a Soviet citizen whose life extended into the final year of the Great Purge. He lived through decades of revolutionary change and the consolidation of Soviet power in his homeland.

Boguslavsky perished at Kommunarka in 1939, among the last victims of the Great Purge's systematic elimination of perceived enemies. His memory endures as a testament to those whose lives were claimed by the terror that characterized this period of Soviet history.
