Vincenc Dittrich (1787–1849) was a pharmacist whose professional practice extended through the early decades of the 19th century. Pharmacists of this era played an essential role in their communities, combining scientific knowledge with practical service to public health.

Dittrich was buried at Malostranský hřbitov, where he remains among other notable figures of Prague's intellectual and professional classes who contributed to the city's development.
