Vincenc Šimek

Biography

Vincenc Šimek shepherded his congregation with gentle wisdom, faithfully serving as parson in Opatov and offering comfort to families in times of celebration and sorrow. His voice carrying words of hope, he worked tirelessly to keep the bonds of community strong.

Now laid to rest in the Protestant cemetery in Opatov, he is remembered for the compassion and steadiness he brought to his flock throughout the years.
