Virgil Sahleanu

Biography

Virgil Sahleanu was a trade unionist whose career spanned the latter half of the twentieth century. From 1946 to 2000, he dedicated himself to labor advocacy and workers' rights, playing an active role in the labor movement of his era.

Sahleanu's commitment to trade unionism reflected his belief in collective action and social progress. His work contributed to the development of labor organizations and worker protections during a transformative period in Romanian history. He was interred in Eternitatea cemetery.
