Biography

Vladimir Koshel served as a Soviet militiaman, dedicating his career to law enforcement and public order during the Soviet period. Born in 1960, he represented a younger generation of Soviet security personnel who maintained civil order in their communities.

Koshel's life was tragically cut short when he passed away in 1982 at the age of twenty-two. He was laid to rest in Banikin cemetery, remembered for his service and sacrifice in his role as a Soviet militiaman.
