Biography

Vladimir Sergeevitch Ovtsjinnikov was born in 1914 in Millerovsky District. He lived through the dramatic changes of early Soviet society and witnessed the mobilization of the Soviet Union for the Second World War.

Ovtsjinnikov died in 1943 during the war. He is remembered as part of a generation that endured significant hardship and made sacrifices during this turbulent period of history.
