Biography
Vladimír Valenta (1899–1917) was a young man whose life was tragically cut short during the First World War. Born at the end of the nineteenth century, he came of age during one of history's most turbulent periods, which would ultimately claim his life at a young age.
He was interred in the Ústřední hřbitov Neředín, one of many young men of his generation whose lives were lost to the conflicts of the early twentieth century. His brief existence represents the human cost of the Great War.
