Biography

Vladislav Švanda was a Czech resident of Zlín who lived from 1903 to 1972. He spent his life in the heart of Moravian culture and industry, experiencing the profound transformations of Czech society throughout the twentieth century.

Švanda was an integral part of the Zlín community during his lifetime. He is remembered as a member of this important industrial and cultural center, and was interred at Waldfriedhof Zlín following his death in 1972.
