Biography
Vojtěch Zatloukal was born in 1891 and lived through a transformative period in Czech history, witnessing the fall of the Austro-Hungarian Empire and the establishment of the Czechoslovak state. He spent his life in the Dubany region, where he became part of the local community fabric.
