Biography

W. W. De Lacy (1819–1892) witnessed the many transformations of the nineteenth century and was known to friends and neighbors as a steady presence in the Forestvale area.

He rests in Forestvale Cemetery, where the community continues to recall his thoughtful companionship and steadfastness.
