Walenty Szała

Biography

Walenty Szała was a figure of note in Polish society whose life extended across much of the twentieth century. Born in 1897, he lived through periods of tremendous historical change, from the early twentieth century through the post-war era, contributing to his community and nation throughout his lifetime.

Szała's long life allowed him to witness and participate in the transformation of modern Poland. He maintained his connections to society and community throughout his years, experiencing the challenges and developments of his era. He passed away in 1987 and was interred in Junikowo Cemetery, where he rests among other respected members of Polish society.
