Biography
Welch Flippin lived from 1919 to 2004, experiencing much of the twentieth century and the changes it brought. He was a member of the Tahoka community, where he built relationships and contributed to the life of his town.
His long life is remembered by those who knew him and shared in his years. He is laid to rest in Tahoka Cemetery, a place where his memory and the legacy of his life continue to be honored.
