Biography

Wiktor Ziajowski (1872–1953) was a Polish individual whose life extended across eight decades of Polish history. Born during the partition period, he witnessed the restoration of Polish independence and the development of the modern Polish state.

Ziajowski's long life encompassed the late nineteenth century through the mid-twentieth century, a period of profound transformation for Poland and its people. He was laid to rest in Powązki Cemetery, one of Warsaw's most distinguished burial grounds.
