Wilhelm Hönig

Biography

Wilhelm Hönig was born in 1857 and became part of the vibrant Jewish community of Brno during the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. He lived through a period of significant cultural and social development within Central European Jewry.

Hönig passed away in 1919 and was laid to rest in the Jewish cemetery in Brno. His sixty-two years of life reflected the experiences of Jewish residents in Moravia during a transformative historical period.
