Biography
William Clarke dedicated himself to mentoring younger people and to engaging in neighborhood efforts, always striving to leave each project stronger than he found it.
He carried an encouraging spirit that comforted friends and neighbors, and he is laid to rest at Green Hills Memorial Park.
