Biography

William E. Chandler (1835–1917) witnessed the rebuilding of a nation and carried forward a legacy of civic responsibility, ever-mindful of the needs of those around him. His friends and neighbors recall a generous and thoughtful soul who valued service above recognition.

Laid to rest in Blossom Hill Cemetery, he continues to inspire a reverence for integrity and steadfast duty in the hearts of future generations.
