William Edgar Holmes

Biography

William Edgar Holmes was born in 1895 and served as military personnel during the Great War. He represented a generation that answered the call to duty during one of history's most significant conflicts.

Holmes made the ultimate sacrifice in 1918, laying down his life for his country. He was honored with burial at Carnieres Communal Cemetery Extension, a final resting place for the fallen.
