William H. Porter

Biography

William H. Porter, born in 1856, was a familiar and generous figure in the Agawam Center area. He carried himself with a sense of responsibility and a readiness to listen, which earned him the respect of his peers.

He died in 1925 and is buried at Agawam Center Cemetery, where his community honors him for a life given in service to others.
