William H. Vredenburgh came into the world in 1840 and became known for his steady leadership in commerce and for the sincere friendships he cultivated across the Maplewood neighborhood.

Always ready to lend a hand or a quiet word of encouragement, he earned the trust of many and now lies peacefully at Maplewood Cemetery.
