William Johnson

Biography

William Johnson was born in 1775, just as the American colonies were declaring their independence. His life was shaped by the Revolutionary War and the formative years of the United States, and he came of age during a time of great national transformation.

Johnson's life was cut short when he passed away in 1814 at the age of 39, leaving behind a legacy honored at the Great Crossing Cemetery. Though his years were fewer than many of his contemporaries, his life was lived during pivotal moments in American history.
