William M. Rodman

Biography

William M. Rodman was a nineteenth-century individual whose life extended through much of the century's transformative decades. Born in 1814, he lived through periods of significant American growth, industrialization, and social change that defined the era.

Rodman died in 1868 at the age of fifty-four and was buried at Swan Point Cemetery. His life represents the many individuals who lived through the Civil War and Reconstruction periods, contributing to their communities during times of great national change.
