William Martin Croll

Biography

William Martin Croll (1866–1929) approached public life with the dignity of a gentleman-scholar, serving his constituents with a measured hand while never forgetting the needs of families in Laureldale. He listened intently in committee rooms and then carried their concerns back to the communities he represented.

Whether working on local improvements or lending a support to those in distress, Croll met each task with responsibility and a spirit of service that inspired those around him.
