William Shepard

Biography

William Shepard served as a military officer during the Revolution and later took up the responsibilities of public office, guiding his community with patriotic devotion.

After his death in 1817 he was interred at Mechanic Street Cemetery, and he is remembered for steady leadership in both war and peace.
