Biography

Wojciech Gromczyński was a military officer whose career extended through the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. His service to Poland spanned a period of significant national transformation and the rebuilding of Polish military institutions during and after the struggle for independence.

Gromczyński's dedication to military service reflected the commitment of his generation to national defense and security. He passed away in 1937, concluding a long career of professional military service. He is remembered at the Włocławek Municipal Cemetery.
