Biography
Born in Graz in 1875, Wolfgang Kallab devoted himself to the study of art history, bringing careful attention to the works and traditions of Austria and its neighbours.
His thoughtful scholarship and sharing of insights with students and peers helped preserve a deeper appreciation of artistic heritage before his untimely death in 1906.
