Biography

Yevgeny Arsenyev served as a military officer during an era marked by great challenges, leading with professionalism and a deep concern for the soldiers under his command.

After leaving Russia he helped fellow officers maintain their cohesion and traditions abroad, a dedication that endured until his interment at Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois Russian Cemetery.
