Biography
Yosef Fish, born in 1912, devoted himself to the role of hazzan with a voice that carried both the weight of tradition and the warmth of personal faith, guiding congregants through the rhythms of the liturgical year.
He embraced every service as a chance to uplift the community, and when he passed in 1957 he was laid to rest at Kiryat Shaul Cemetery where he is remembered for his steadfast devotion.
