Biography
Rabbi Zalman Schachter-Shalomi, whose life spanned continents from Europe to North America, pioneered the Jewish Renewal movement by blending Hassidic warmth with mystical, ecological, and interfaith concerns.
He authored numerous books, led retreats, and inspired students to seek spiritual depth in everyday life before being laid to rest at Green Mountain Cemetery.
