Biography
Zdeněk Rádl was born in 1912 and grew into adulthood as dark clouds gathered over Europe, yet he met the difficult times with quiet courage and a desire to protect others. He held fast to the ideals of friendship and service, even when hope seemed most elusive.
He rests in the National Cemetery in Terezín, where his brief life is remembered alongside the many who stood firm for hope.
