Zdzisław Racki (1920–1944) was a Polish resistance fighter who courageously opposed Nazi occupation during World War II. Born in 1920, he came of age in a nation under siege and chose to join the underground struggle for Polish freedom and sovereignty.
Racki's dedication to the resistance movement resulted in his death at age 24, a sacrifice honored at Powązki Military Cemetery. His memory represents the thousands of young Poles who fought and died for their nation's independence.
