Zelma Moss

Biography

Zelma Moss, born in 1895, lived most of her years along the gentle streams that cradle Ririe, Idaho. She raised her family there, welcomed neighbors with open doors, and shared the steady optimism that helped the town endure quiet seasons and occasional hard times, now resting beneath the shade of Ririe Shelton Cemetery.

Even after her children grew up and built lives of their own, Zelma remained a teacher of hospitality, serving as a volunteer at the local school and lending her steady hand to every community event, so the companionship she modeled continues to be felt by many.
