Zofia Avni lived through tumultuous decades yet maintained a calm, steadfast spirit that uplifted all who knew her. She cherished the rhythms of daily life, greeted newcomers with a warm smile, and found strength in her family’s shared traditions.
Her gentle resilience served as a quiet reminder of endurance in the face of change, and she became a cherished presence in her community gatherings. She passed in 2006 and rests at Kiryat Shaul Cemetery, leaving behind grateful loved ones.
