Biography

Andrey Ivanovich Rykhlev (Рыхлевский, Андрей Иванович) (1783–1830) was a notable figure in Russian society during the early 19th century. Though limited records survive regarding the specifics of his life and accomplishments, he was sufficiently prominent to be interred at Volkovo Cemetery, the prestigious burial ground of St. Petersburg.

Rykhlev's relatively brief life unfolded during a period of cultural and political ferment in Russia. He was part of the educated classes of his era and maintained connections with St. Petersburg's social circles. His burial at Volkovo Cemetery reflects his standing within the society of his time.
