Biography
Georgy Logginovich Ponomaryov was a Russian military officer who served during the late Imperial period. He maintained his professional dignity throughout the tumultuous years of the Russian Revolution and its aftermath.
Ponomaryov spent his final years in exile at Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois, the Russian cemetery community near Paris that became home to many displaced Russian military personnel and nobility. He passed away in 1932, leaving behind a legacy of service to the Russian state.
