Biography

Дорофей (Dorofei), known as Маммелис (Mammelis), was a Christian minister born in 1861 who served the Orthodox Christian community during the late Ottoman period. He was dedicated to pastoral and spiritual leadership among his congregation.

Mammelis passed away in 1921 and was laid to rest at the Church of St. Mary of the Spring, a significant Orthodox Christian site. His ministry reflected the religious life of Christian communities in the Ottoman Empire during its final years.
