Biography
Aharon Chelouche was a skilled goldsmith whose craftsmanship and artistry contributed to the material culture and aesthetic traditions of his community. Chelouche's long life spanned eight decades of significant change and development in the region. As a goldsmith, he maintained and transmitted traditional craft skills while adapting to the evolving needs of his community. He was laid to rest in Trumpeldor Cemetery, a fitting final resting place for a craftsman whose work enriched the lives of those around him.
