Biography

Albert Carrington (1813–1889) joined the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles after years of faithful service, and he later served as a counselor in the First Presidency, bringing pastoral care and organizational clarity to the growing youth of Utah.

He also oversaw the publication of church journals, guided charitable causes, and, after his passing, was laid to rest among fellow faithful in Salt Lake City Cemetery, where his role in building both ecclesiastical and civic institutions is remembered.
