Anna Stockton Pettit (1865-1899) spent her brief life encouraging education and charity in the Bayside area, holding a heartfelt belief in the power of community to uplift the young and the vulnerable. She radiated kindness and was often found supporting neighbors with her generous spirit.

She took particular joy in sharing stories and cheer with children and elders alike, creating cherished memories for those who knew her well. Anna rests at Bayside Cemetery and Gatehouse Complex, remembered fondly for her willingness to serve and her sincere devotion to others.
