Darius A. Moore

Darius A. Moore (1833–1905) was a Bayside businessman and civic-minded citizen who supported the growth of Queens through both commerce and community service.

He took pride in helping to sustain local schools and in preserving the natural beauty that drew families to the seaside neighborhoods he loved.
