Biography

Anna Zdekauerová was a pioneering Czech suffragette who dedicated herself to advancing women's rights during a period when such advocacy required considerable courage and conviction. She was among the early voices in Bohemia championing women's political participation and social equality.

Zdekauerová's commitment to the suffrage movement reflected her progressive ideals and her belief in the fundamental rights of women. Her work contributed to the broader women's rights movement in Central Europe, and she remained engaged in these causes until her death in 1896.
